August 06 20202020-08-06A close-up portrait of a smiling man wearing an ornate gold and silver crown with a tall fan-like headdress, a white vertical tilak with a red bindi on the forehead, and gold earrings. He is bare-shouldered with layered gold ceremonial necklaces, rudraksha beads and gold bangles, and raises his right hand in an OK-like mudra with a ring on the finger. Behind him is an ornate silver-embossed throne back with floral scrollwork against a dark background with orange bokeh lights. Presenting the distinctive crown, rudraksha malas and ceremonial gold necklaces, this is an appearance-based candidate, Swamiji (probable), seen in person in the image.2020-08-08May 03 20202020-05-03April 21 20212021-04-21August 08 20202020-08-08 +1 copiesJanuary 13 20212021-01-13August 08 20202020-08-08August 06 20202020-08-06A composite graphic with a central figure seated on an ornate gilded throne, wearing an elaborate golden crown, layered golden necklaces, a bare chest, and armbands, holding a golden ceremonial implement. To the right, a painted, stylised figure of Krishna with a pink and orange turban and peacock feather, playing a flute, with a golden lamp-like deity figure in the lower right corner. The central figure is shown on a poster-like graphic background, and the appearance-based identification of the central figure is uncertain.2021-02-08January 09 20212021-01-09A seated man on an ornate gold throne (peetha) at a stage with a dark backdrop, garlanded with yellow and red flowers. He wears a tall gold crown, a blue-white vertical tilak on his forehead, gold earrings, a thick rudraksha mala, layered gold necklaces and bangles, and an orange-brown dhoti, and his bare chest is visible; he smiles and raises one hand in blessing. Gilded statues of two female deities flank the throne, one holding a lotus and the other playing a veena. Ornate golden ceremonial fans with crescent designs stand on each side. The visible ornaments and throne match the appearance cues for a person, seated in a blessing pose during the Arunachaleshwara Makutabhishekam celebration.2022-02-18November 10 20222022-11-10 +1 copies
