A woman in a pink floral sari with a long braid leans in beside him with her hands clasped. The seated man rests on a gold ornate throne decorated with yellow and purple flower garlands and green leaves, and a red-and-white striped cushion. A small bouquet of roses and a metal rod lie near the throne. A large red-toned backdrop with faint figures fills the background.2009-08-20A photograph of a stage event with a large painted backdrop of a banyan tree. A seated figure in a saffron-orange robe, with a red bindi and long dark hair, sits on an ornate gold throne with red zebra-patterned cushions. A man in a white shirt and grey trousers bends forward and clasps the seated person's hand. To the left, a person in orange robes stands at the edge of the frame. Fruit and flowers sit on a side table at the right.2009-12-18September 14 20152015-09-14December 16 20122012-12-16September 14 20152015-09-14 +1 copiesJuly 17 20082008-07-17May 13 20162016-05-13A seated man with long swept-back dark hair, wearing a rust-red wrap and a long brown-and-beige rudraksha mala, places his right hand on the forehead of a shaved-headed young boy in an orange-yellow dhoti, gold-edged shawl and a red rudraksha mala. The boy kneels with palms pressed together, eyes closed, while the seated man smiles. Behind them stands an ornate golden throne with floral carving, and a tall silver staff rises beside it. Blurred figures in orange and red garments, gold garlands and a flower arrangement fill the background. The scene suggests a blessing or darshan moment during a ceremony.2014-12-28A seated figure in a saffron-orange robe over a red top sits on an ornate gilded throne with red patterned cushions, a red bindi on the forehead and long dark hair. A man in a white t-shirt and a beaded necklace bends forward with his hands near the seated figure's lap, apparently in an act of reverence. Behind them are a green leafy backdrop and a floral arrangement of purple orchids, pink and white flowers. A Swamiji (probable) label applies based on the saffron robe, long swept-back hair, and the gilded throne setting, so the seated figure is marked as a probable in-person candidate.2008-10-19
