A late-afternoon outdoor temple scene with a large white statue on the left showing a horned or crowned figure garlanded with marigold strings, flanked by two smaller white attendant figures with pointed headdresses and garlands. Behind a low white wall with red and white vertical stripes, a decorated wooden palanquin or float with a canopy and flower ornaments stands near a parked bus. Several small red-clad figures and a shrine structure sit in the enclosure foreground beside a bell hanging from a post and red flowering plants. A few people in white clothing stand along the far wall under palm trees. Small figures are statues rather than physical people; no clear individuals are close enough to identify.

Behind the gate, a white-clad figure stands on a raised platform beside a deity murti draped in flowers. Devotees in white dhotis and shirts and men in saffron/orange shawls walk in the procession, some carrying a tall orange flag and a ceremonial parasol with a fringed red and yellow canopy. A young girl in pink and a small child are visible in the crowd. Dry earth, construction blocks and scaffolding frame the scene under a clear sky.
