Close-up photograph of a heaped offering of flattened rice (poha) mixed with green curry leaves, red peanuts and split lentils, arranged on a brown leaf-lined plate on a deep red cloth. Behind it, crisp round papads and fried snacks sit on banana leaves, with a small bowl of yellow lentils at the left edge.
