February 05 20122012-02-05Photo 11726689Overhead photo of a ritual arrangement on a saffron-orange cloth laid over a worn floor. Several brass plates and bowls are set out in a row: a large engraved plate with a small lotus-like floral painting, a central plate with a floral motif, and a plate holding a folded orange cloth. A small brass kalasha-style pot with a rounded body stands at the top, a brass lota or small vessel sits beside it, and a small white conch shell and a dark seed or nut lie near the upper edge. No people are visible, so this shows puja items and offerings rather than a gathering.2012-05-21May 28 20122012-05-28January 03 20142014-01-03 +1 copies2011 - Photo AlbumMay 14 20122012-05-14 +1 copiesA photograph of a puja setup on an orange cloth over a grey wooden tray. A person in orange clothing with bangles reaches in from the left, one hand holding pink flower petals above the offerings. Brass plates and bowls hold pink flowers, green leaves, a brass kalasha-style vessel, a brass bell, a small oil lamp burning, a conch-shaped vessel and a brass lamp. A brass shiva-linga style vessel and a small peacock-feather figure of a deity murti stand on the right. The scene suggests a puja or abhishekam preparation.2017-07-30 +2 copiesApril 09 20132013-04-09February 01 20122012-02-01Overhead photo of a puja arrangement on a red-orange cloth spread over a wooden floor.
