A multicoloured striped umbrella with a yellow fringe is held over a white horse-like or white palanquin figure at left, and a decorated ratha/chariot with a gold finial, garlands and a pennant-style banner stands at right. Many devotees walk along, mostly women in saris and salwar, many in yellow, red, orange, purple and blue. A bare-chested man in a white dhoti at left faces away, and a man in a light blue polo shirt at centre-right walks holding a white cloth or bundle. Several people carry white cloth-wrapped items and small brass plates. A red car and a white box truck are parked behind, under a cloudy sky. No swami is clearly visible.2022-07-13July 13 20222022-07-13A photograph of a ceremonial welcome at an outdoor temple-style setting.
