A photograph of a devotee in a bare-chested pose, prostrating on a red carpet before a seated figure in a rust-orange robe and a silver-footed seat or stand. The devotee wears a white dhoti with broad gold borders and a gold-bordered shawl tied at the waist, with a rudraksha-style dark bead thread visible at the wrist. The seated figure's orange cloth and the ornate silver base suggest a ritual honouring; the devotee's hands are pressed together as he bows low. Other people in white and gold attire stand in the background, partially visible. The scene matches a temple inauguration event at Sadashiva Mandapam.2018-04-14A bare-chested older man with grey hair and a shaved head bends forward, pressing his forehead to a seated figure's bare foot resting on a red velvet cushioned footstool with a silver-embossed base.
