Swamiji (probable): the appearance cues of long hair, orange clothing, rudraksha mala and gold throne fit the page's claim, though the face is not identifiable from the image. Before him, a shaved-headed priest in orange robes with a white tilak and gold chain cups his hands in ritual gesture beside silver plates holding pink flowers and offerings. A woman in white and red sari and orange blouse sits nearby with a kumkum-marked forehead, and other attendees in orange and white sit at the lower edge. On a wooden side table rests a plate of fruit and flowers, and at right a gilded image is visible on the wall.2010-10-26A person in an orange saffron robe bends forward with forehead touching a grey stone base, hands joined near the ground, in a temple setting. In front is an ornate gold throne with red cushions and a wooden offering box covered with a steel plate holding red apples, oranges, sweets and bananas. A carved dark stone sculpture and red railing stand in the background. The figure has long dark hair and dark rudraksha beads visible at the wrists; the person's identity is not established from appearance.2010-08-10 +1 copiesA photograph of a seated figure on an ornate gilded throne decorated with red and yellow flower garlands, set against a large orange-red backdrop of tree-trunk imagery. The seated person wears an orange saffron robe draped over the shoulders and a red bindi on the forehead, with eyes closed. In front of the throne, a second person in an orange robe kneels on the throne platform, bending forward with hands at the seated figure's feet, apparently performing padapuja. Offerings in front include fruit such as apples, bananas and a pineapple, plates of food, brass vessels and a small lamp on the lower stage. Red-cushioned seats and a microphone stand are visible at the sides.2009-08-30A photograph of a bald man in saffron-orange robes bending over a red velvet-covered table or seat, handling a small card or photo with his hands. Behind him stand other people in orange robes and a rudraksha-strung figure. To the right is an ornate gold throne with carved lion-like finials and a red cushion, and a gold deity murti or kalasha-style ornament stands on a white-draped table. The setting appears to be a temple-like hall with red floor tiles.2006-08-22August 30 20092009-08-30August 09 20092009-08-09Close-up photograph of a pada puja ritual: a pair of bare feet in orange saffron robes rests on a golden ornate throne or seat with embossed scrollwork. A devotee's hands, one wearing a gold bangle and a black wristband with a red thread, holds and washes the feet, while an orange cloth is being moved beside them. Only the feet, legs and hands of two people are visible, with a red-carpeted floor below. No face is shown.
