A stage under a white tent with a red carpet and an ornate gold-painted backdrop with floral marigold garlands. A seated figure in an orange-red robe and matching turban sits on a golden throne with a white floral wreath behind. A man in white clothes bends forward toward the seated figure, while another man in white stands at right holding a tray, and a few more people in orange-and-white attire stand at the right edge. A cushioned chair stands at left and floral arrangements sit at the far right. The seated figure is a sitting figure on a throne, so the appearance is not clear enough for a confident identification.2014-06-19June 19 20142014-06-19 +1 copiesJune 29 20142014-06-29 +1 copiesJune 19 20142014-06-19A ceremonial scene on a raised gold-trimmed platform outdoors. A seated man in saffron-orange robes and a rudraksha mala, with a floral garland and folded hands, sits on a gold throne draped with red cushions and garlands of marigolds and flowers. A bare-chested priest in white dhoti with a pink headcloth extends a silver tray toward him, while another priest in white and a standing attendant in white stand nearby. Silver trident staffs, gold parasols and a golden sun-motif standard frame the scene, with a fan and a golden tray at the base.2015-07-18 +1 copiesA seated figure in an ornate gilded throne at the centre of a stage, wearing an orange-saffron robe, an orange turban, a long rudraksha mala and red-tinted forehead markings, with hands folded in the lap. A tall silver trident stands beside the throne. To the left sits an older bearded man in saffron and white with an orange turban, and to the right a man in white dhoti and shirt. Brass oil lamps stand at the front, and a brass vessel with a floral arrangement of lotus-like blooms sits below. Behind the stage is a painted backdrop of a deity figure with a crown and radiating light, and potted red-leaved plants flank the throne.2015-05-09A photo of a ceremony under a white tent with a golden umbrella above a gilded throne draped in long garlands of red, yellow and purple flowers. A man in saffron-orange robes with a saffron head covering and rudraksha-style beads sits on the throne, holding a small object with both hands. Two men stand to the right: one in orange robes with a mala, the other in white dhoti-style clothing. A man in white stands to the left beside a tall drum-like structure, and a large fire blazes at the far right. Oil lamps sit on the green floor in front of the throne. The setting suggests a temple-style ritual with a kalasha-style arrangement and an orange flag at the top left.2011-07-15October 26 20152015-10-26 +1 copiesOutdoor ceremonial stage under a white tent canopy with a golden umbrella overhead. A central figure sits on an ornate gold throne decorated with marigold and multicoloured flower garlands, wearing an orange robe, orange turban, and rudraksha mala. Two attendants in orange robes stand beside the throne, one at left holding a cloth and one at right wearing an orange shawl over saffron clothes with a beaded necklace. A man in white dhoti stands at far right. Oil lamps sit on the green stage in front of the throne, and striped mats lie at left beside a large fan-like object. The figure on the throne has long swept-back hair and distinctive saffron and ornate adornments, matching a person appearance.2011-07-15A blurred stage photo shows an ornate gold throne with red cushions and a gold canopy garlanded with yellow and red flowers, set against an orange-and-blue painted sunset backdrop. A seated figure in orange robes sits on the throne, with a person in white kneeling and bowing with forehead to the golden base. A woman in an orange garment stands at left and another woman in a white sari with a gold border stands at right. Red-draped tables and a small lit lamp flank the throne. Appearance-based label: the seated figure in orange robes on the throne is a person candidate, though the face and features are too blurred to confirm.2009-08-18July 17 20082008-07-17June 29 20142014-06-29
