Outdoor street scene in daylight under a partly cloudy sky. A large crowd of mostly men in white shirts, checked shirts and dhotis stands on a paved road. In the centre, a bearded man in a white dhoti and white top, barefoot, holds a bundle of flowers wrapped in white and orange blooms in his arms. To the left, a man in a striped shirt gestures with one arm while others watch. A yellow and red flag flies on a pole at right, and flower garlands and marigolds lie on a cloth at the lower left. Buildings, power poles and a lattice tower stand behind the crowd.2007-02-19Outdoor street scene in a roadside town with a crowd of devotees and a few saffron-robed sadhus. In the centre, a bearded man in an orange robe and orange headwear stands with hands folded, flanked by other saffron-clad monks, including one in a deep orange shawl with prayer beads. To the left, a man in a white dhoti with a gold-bordered shawl stands beside a basket of white and orange flower garlands and marigolds. Another man in a white dhoti holds a flower garland. Men in white shirts and dhotis watch from the right, and a few people stand behind them under a hazy sky. Buildings, a utility pole and a roadside billboard appear in the background.2007-02-19A street scene outdoors with a crowd of men. At centre, two saffron-robed sannyasis stand together: the one on the left wears a full orange cloth over his shoulders and holds a small bundle, while the one beside him wears orange robes with a gold-bordered shawl and holds a few flowers. A man in a red-orange turban stands behind them. To the right, a man in white dhoti with a gold border holds a tray of flowers and marigold garlands, and to the left a bare-chested man in white cloth stands near a basket of flowers. Behind the group are parked motorbikes, a row of buildings, a tall telecom tower and a roadside hoarding. The figures in the middle look like sannyasis, but the appearance-based cues are not distinctive enough to confirm the page's claim.2007-02-19August 17 20092009-08-17August 03 20092009-08-03November 24 20062006-11-24Outdoor photo on a dusty dirt ground with trees and a bush behind a wire fence. A central figure in a saffron-orange dhoti and shawl, with long swept-back hair, rudraksha mala beads and bangles, walks barefoot and looks ahead; the appearance cues are distinctive, so this is a probable Swamiji (probable) figure in procession. Beside him a man in a white dhoti holds a tray of yellow flowers, and a woman in a blue sari carries a bag. Other devotees in white dhotis, shirts and a red-shirted boy stand around with hands folded, and a stone-coloured jacketed man stands at left. Several people are visible, roughly a dozen.2011-12-09Street procession scene in daylight on a dusty roadside at Rajapalayam. A man in a white shirt and dark trousers holds a large tray heaped with pink flower petals. Beside him a woman in a white saree with a gold border holds a brass pot decorated with a green leaf and flowers, and a woman in a green-and-gold patterned saree carries a brass kalasha-style pot with flowers on a tray. A young man in a white shirt holds a tray of offerings. Other men in light shirts and white dhotis stand behind, along with women in saris at the roadside, with shop fronts and a parked auto-rickshaw in the background.2009-01-21Outdoor photo on a dirt path beside trees and a banana plant during a procession. A central figure in an orange-saffron robe with long dark hair, a white tilak, and an orange-bead mala walks barefoot with hands held together in front. Around him, men in white dhotis and shirts walk, many with shaved heads and white or cream attire. A bare-chested man in a yellow dhoti with a red sash and red beads walks nearby. A young boy in a yellow shirt and dark trousers walks among the group. An older woman in a white sari stands at the right edge. Incense smoke rises at the upper left. The centre figure fits the appearance-based candidate, with long swept hair, saffron robe and bead mala, so the label is a person.2011-01-16June 23 20142014-06-23 +3 copiesJuly 02 20142014-07-02 +1 copiesOctober 11 20092009-10-11
