Photo of a golden temple shrine decorated with yellow and red marigold garlands. Two deity murtis stand or sit on a red-draped platform, with a gold lion and small brass elephants and lamps before them. In the foreground a fire burns in a brick-lined homa pit. At left, a seated man in orange robes with rudraksha malas and a microphone reads from an open book on a stand. At right, a man in an orange dhoti and striped head cloth holds a brass tray and a ceremonial vessel beside the fire. Two decorative red and gold umbrellas frame the shrine. Two people are visible.

A photograph of a fire ritual before a garlanded altar in a gold-decorated temple hall. A man with an orange headwrap, bare chest, white ash markings on his arms and face, orange cloth at his waist and a beaded bracelet pours grain or offerings from a metal vessel into a blazing wood fire pit. Behind the fire, a deity murti and altar are draped with yellow, orange and red marigold garlands, with brass oil lamps and gold lion figures on a red-draped platform. The scene reads as a homa or yagna. The man is a priest performing the ritual, and no face-based identification is made.
