Behind the throne is an ornate silver carved backrest, and two leopard-print cushions and carved lion-head armrests frame the seat. A second attendant with a red headband and white dhoti stands at left, supporting the devotee. A microphone stands at right. The seated figure's distinctive long hair, saffron-orange robes and rudraksha mala match the a person presentation cues, but the appearance is not conclusive enough to confirm identity, so the figure is described by role as the seated teacher giving blessing to a devotee.2018-05-06A bearded man with long dreadlocked hair wrapped in a leopard-print yellow turban sits on an ornate silver throne, wearing a saffron-red robe, multiple rudraksha malas, bead armbands and a gold chain. He raises his right hand in blessing toward a bare-chested devotee with a white cloth tied over his eyes, who bows forward; the devotee wears a rudraksha bracelet and saffron cloth. Behind them stands a gold-toned backdrop with marigold garlands. The scene suggests a blessing or darshan at a ceremonial throne.2017-12-10A photograph of a ceremony on a stage in front of a large backdrop of a stone temple. A seated man in saffron-orange robes with a red-and-green flower garland and a rudraksha mala sits on an ornate gold throne-like seat with a leopard-print cushion, his forehead marked with white and a dark hair knot. Two priests in white dhotis with gold borders and gold-and-white head cloths stand behind him, one bare-chested with a sacred thread, performing a ritual service. A silver trident stands at the left. The seated man's cues (saffron robes, rudraksha mala, ornate gold seat) are consistent with a person presentation, though the frame is partly obscured.2018-04-03September 22 20172017-09-22 +1 copiesSeptember 24 20172017-09-24 +1 copiesA seated man on an ornate silver throne with lion-figure armrests and leopard-print cushions addresses an audience, palms raised in a gesturing pose.
