A photograph of a padapuja-style blessing in an indoor hall. A seated figure in saffron-orange robes with a red-and-gold bangle set and gold earrings, with a tilak on the forehead, places one hand on the head of a kneeling man in a dark purple button-shirt who bows with hands at his chest. A gilded decorative object sits in the foreground, and a standing crowd in white and cream traditional attire, including a woman in a white sari with gold border and red bindi, watches with hands folded. A framed colourful wall artwork hangs at left. The seated figure's face is not visible, so no identification is made; the figure is described by role and dress only.2014-05-14July 06 20142014-07-06May 17 20142014-05-17 +1 copiesA photograph of a seated figure in a deep red-maroon robe with a yellow and orange marigold garland around the neck and gold earrings, placing a hand on the head of a kneeling man in a light grey collarless shirt with palms pressed together. The seated man has long swept-back dark hair and a rudraksha-style necklace, and sits on a red cushioned throne with a gold backrest. Behind them, a woman in white with a rudraksha mala and a long braid sits attentively, and several people in red and white robes stand in the background. A white-handled fan-like ceremonial object with flowers lies beside the kneeling devotee. Swamiji (probable) is seated on the throne in the blessing gesture, with the visible cues of long hair, gold ornaments and saffron-toned clothing.2016-07-03February 24 20162016-02-24
