A photograph of a seated group during a ritual or satsang setting. In the foreground a young man with dark curly hair and a beard wears a red kurta and a long red-and-orange beaded mala, holding a grey stone block and looking down. Beside him a fair-haired person in white holds a similar stone, and further back several seated participants in white and red clothing hold stones or handle items on a pink mat. Brass vessels and a wooden stand are visible at right. Several people are seated closely together in rows, with chairs and a red floor covering behind them.

Four men in white dhotis with gold-bordered edges sit in a row during a ritual, wearing orange-red shawls printed with script and rudraksha malas. The man on the left, with close-cropped hair, holds a small grey stone block cradled in his arms and a metal ladle or spoon in his hand. The next man has a short beard and sits with eyes closed, with white marks on his arms. The man on the right has white tilaka on his forehead and a gold necklace. Another man at far left has hands pressed together in prayer, and a brass horn-like object is visible at the lower left edge. The setting appears to be a temple hall with a gold-coloured backdrop.

A seated devotee in a large hall looks down at a small handheld device or booklet he holds in both hands. He wears a bare chest, white dhoti with a gold border, a rust-orange shawl printed with Sanskrit mantra text, and a rudraksha mala with a small pendant. Around him other participants sit in white clothes and orange shawls, some bald and some with hair, with pink walls and framed artwork behind them. The scene suggests a meditation or satsang session in progress, though the image itself shows only reading and quiet sitting.

Facing him on the left, a bald man in a grey-green jacket sits close and looks toward him. Behind them, devotees in white, orange and maroon clothes sit on mats, some with rudraksha malas. Brass and idol items rest on a cloth at left. Faint text in the corner reads 2020 Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam
