A large hall filled with hundreds of seated devotees dressed in white clothing with red cloths tied around their heads, sitting on colourful striped mats in rows facing a raised stage. On the stage a golden ornate altar with a deity murti and framed portraits flank the stage on the walls, with a large portrait on each side wall. Pink and red lighting and red curtains frame the hall. The scene suggests a congregational satsang or initiation session. A figure in the far stage area is visible but his clothing and features are too small to assess reliably.2016-06-19September 15 20152015-09-15 +1 copiesJune 19 20162016-06-19 +1 copiesJuly 16 20172017-07-16 +1 copiesJune 19 20162016-06-19April 21 20162016-04-21May 09 20152015-05-09September 15 20152015-09-15 +1 copiesPhotograph from the back of a large seated congregation at an open-air event, viewed from behind. Many people sit cross-legged on red-and-yellow striped mats, most in white dhotis or white kurtas with red-and-maroon shawls draped over their shoulders. Some wear saffron or orange garments, and one woman in the lower right wears a pink shawl. Several women have hair in buns. A blue plastic chair sits at lower left. In the background, a stage with red drapery and gold-framed decorations faces the audience, and a camera rig is visible at top left. The crowd is dense and fills the frame.2015-09-17 +1 copiesApril 19 20162016-04-19A large seated gathering of devotees fills a hall with pale purple-lit wall panels at the top. Most attendees wear white clothing with red-and-orange shawls draped over their shoulders, sitting cross-legged on white floor mats and red cushions. A few people wear saffron or colourful garments, and a woman in a green sari sits at the lower left. Many participants face the front of the room, where the focus of the satsang appears to be, though no single leader is clearly identifiable.2015-05-11December 22 20102010-12-22
