A photograph of a seated man in a red-brown dhoti-style wrap and bare shoulders, eyes closed in meditation, on a red-cushioned ornate gold throne. He wears a long multi-strand gold and bead necklace, gold armlets and bangles, a black braided topknot-style hair set with a small ornament, white vibhuti with a red kumkum dot on his forehead. A golden trishul stands at left beside a golden lion-shaped base, a silver trishul and a silver ceremonial staff appear at the lower edge, and a red curtain backdrops the stage. A gold-embossed relief on the throne back shows a deity. The overall setting suggests a stage ceremony.2016-05-21May 21 20162016-05-21A seated figure on an ornate gold-and-brown throne with lion-shaped golden armrests and a silver trident standing to the left. The central man wears a dark hair wrap or crown-like black headdress, a long rudraksha mala with a second mala, ceremonial gold necklaces, and a deep red-orange robe; a red bindi is visible and his right arm rests on the chair. Audience members are blurred in the dark background, some in white and saffron clothing, and a water bottle sits at lower right. The person has long hair and ornate adornments, but the page does not indicate his presence, so the identity is uncertain and no name is given. Several people are visible in the audience, roughly 21-100 in the room.2015-12-19May 21 20162016-05-21A man seated on an ornate gold throne with a red velvet cushion, wearing a black turban-style headwrap, white and red forehead markings, a red-orange draped cloth, heavy gold necklaces with a pendant, gold bangles and an armband. Beside him stand a tall gold trident-topped staff and a silver trident, with gold lion-head armrests. The throne back bears a gold relief of a deity murti. The figure has distinctive long swept headwear and ornate gold adornments, a person depiction of a seated presence on stage, in person. One physical person is visible.2016-05-21December 19 20152015-12-19A man with long swept-back dark hair, a red bindi and a red-orange saffron garment sits on an ornate gold-and-brown throne with carved lion-head armrests. He wears layered rudraksha malas, a gold necklace and a wristwatch, and holds a microphone headset while speaking. A silver trident stands to the left. A shaven-headed man in glasses and orange clothing sits at the lower left edge, and audience members fill the dark hall behind. Swamiji (probable) appearance cues include the long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha malas seated on the throne.2015-12-20A photograph of a seated man on an ornate golden-armed brown leather throne at a dark event hall, with a silver trident standing to the left. He wears a red-orange robe, long rudraksha mala necklaces, gold chains and a leopard-print cloth at his waist, with a red bindi and white tilak on his forehead. Golden lion-head armrests flank the chair, and a blurred audience is visible in the dark background. Appearance-based candidate, a person, is seated on the throne, identified by the saffron robe, rudraksha malas and ceremonial gold necklaces.2015-12-19April 28 20142014-04-28May 21 20162016-05-21December 31 20152015-12-31A seated man in saffron-orange robes sits on an ornate golden throne with a leopard-print cushion and gold lion-head armrests. He wears a rudraksha mala, a gold necklace, a leopard-print turban with a red tilak, and gold earrings, with one hand resting on the armrest. A microphone on a stand is in front of him, and a red curtain hangs behind the gilded throne. The person appears to be a person seated in a discourse setting, but the identification rests only on appearance cues.2017-08-20
