A large crowd of devotees sits cross-legged on the floor of a spacious hall, most dressed in white traditional clothing. Many wear red shawls and red beaded garlands, and several have lanyards or badges. In the foreground, a man with grey hair and glasses sits centre-frame with a red garland, while a younger man in white with a red shawl sits at right, looking forward. Pale walls, framed pictures and an ornate golden deity or decorative panel are visible at the top right, and a small figure in orange robes sits in the far back right corner beside it.
