Most wear saffron-orange dhotis or wraps with gold borders, some wear white dhotis with gold borders, and several wear rudraksha malas and sandalwood or vibhuti markings on their foreheads. Rows of black cylindrical lingam-like stones stand on pedestals along the steps, with brass pots and flower petals scattered among them. A few figures in white robes sit in the upper background.
