A woman in an orange floral salwar kameez sits at centre-left, a woman in a teal kurta sits at centre with elbow raised, and a woman in a white patterned top and purple skirt with a red mala and an ID badge sits at right. Others in white and cream clothing sit or stand behind them, and a child in white is partly visible at lower left. A photograph of a large group yoga session in a hall with red-cushioned chairs and red-and-white striped mats. Many participants sit cross-legged or on mats, mostly in white and pastel clothing, with lanyards around their necks, and many raise arms and rest hands on their heads and faces in a breathing or stretching exercise. In the background stand a red curtain, a yellow pillar, a shelf with small deity murti, and folded orange and white cloths. No presenter is clearly identifiable as a person standing at the front; the foreground shows blurred movement of raised arms.

The woman beside her wears white with a red and dark bead mala, and another woman wears an olive top with maroon trim. Two more women in white and pink sit behind them.
