A photograph of several men seated cross-legged on a blue-and-white striped mat in a hall with red chairs behind them. In the foreground, a bare-chested man with white sandalwood markings on his shoulders and forehead wears a white dhoti with a red border and a rudraksha mala, eyes closed in meditation. Beside and behind him, three men in white short-sleeved shirts sit with eyes closed or gazing forward; one wears glasses, another has a white forehead mark and a dark mala, and one wears an identification badge. Several people are seated in the foreground at left edge. The atmosphere is calm and meditative, with a satsang or meditation session in progress.

In the foreground a young man in a white collared shirt, rimless glasses and a small red bindi wears an orange lanyard. Beside him an older man in white kurta with a dark rudraksha mala and orange lanyard sits with eyes closed. Behind them more participants in white clothes and orange lanyards sit on the floor, and metal stands and cardboard boxes are visible at the right.

In the foreground a young man with shaved head, glasses, a red bindi and a wooden rudraksha mala sits cross-legged in white dhoti and white shawl with gold borders, eyes closed, hands resting on his knees. To his left a man with short grey hair and a white kurta sits in meditation, also wearing a rudraksha mala. On the right a shaved-headed man in white dhoti with a mala and a gold-coloured bracelet sits nearby. Other participants sit on mats in the background and a prayer book lies at the lower left.

A seated group meditates with eyes closed in a hall with pale walls and red curtains at the back. In the foreground, a boy in white with a red mark on his forehead and rudraksha beads sits eyes closed, and several young men in shirts and jeans sit cross-legged on a striped mat. Behind them, older men in white dhotis and sandalwood-colored shawls sit in rows. A man in white dhoti and shawl stands at the right edge. Attendees are in white, cream and striped shirts, with a few in orange. The scene suggests a group meditation session.
