Photograph of a padapuja gathering in a long orange-walled hall with a corrugated metal roof and ceiling fans. Rows of devotees sit cross-legged on the floor; women in white saris with orange borders and orange shawls hold brass thalis and offering trays with flowers and lamps. A red carpet runs down the central aisle toward a low seat at the far right, where a shaved-headed figure in saffron/orange robes sits with a tray before him. Striped decorative pillars hang from the ceiling, and a wall banner with printed text and photographs is visible at upper right.

A wide view of a large hall during a seated puja gathering. Several hundred people in white ritual clothes sit on the floor with hands joined in anjali, facing forward. In the foreground, a few men in saffron and orange robes sit before small brass plates, oil lamps and offerings laid on orange-red mats. Tall decorative pillars with colourful geometric patterns and orange tassels stand along the walls, and a video camera on a tripod is set up at the left. No individual can be confidently identified as the a person from appearance alone, so the candidate is left uncertain.

A seated group inside a large hall with white ceiling fabric and hanging colourful tassels. In the foreground, a shaved-headed man in saffron-orange robes sits cross-legged on an orange mat, hands clasped, flanked by men in white dhotis with red-bordered cloth and rudraksha malas. Brass vessels, small lamps and a blue bowl sit on the glossy floor before them. Behind, a larger crowd of white-clad devotees sits in rows with hands folded or raised in prayer. The scene resembles a satsang or meditation gathering. No candidate is clearly identifiable from appearance here, so the figure in saffron is described only by role.

Indoor photograph of a large ritual gathering in a covered hall with a corrugated roof and smoky haze. Rows of people sit on mats and red carpeting facing a central area, including men in white dhotis with red-bordered shawls and women in white saris with yellow or orange borders. A man in orange robes sits near a microphone and a camera tripod, and a shaved-headed man in orange cloth sits in the foreground. Brass plates with offerings and oil lamps are arranged on the floor, and an ornate golden throne-like seat with a red cushion stands at the right edge. The scene suggests a padapuja style ceremony with devotees seated in orderly rows.

A photograph of a large hall where dozens of seated people perform a group ritual. Several men in saffron/orange robes sit on orange mats at the front, one holding a small object and others with palms together, facing a row of brass plates, cups and small pots set on orange and red cloths. Behind them many men and women in white dhotis and white clothing sit in rows, some with hands folded in prayer. The floor is pale tile and the back wall shows orange hanging cloths and a shrine area with ornate golden items.

A hall with orange walls and a corrugated roof holds a seated group performing a ritual with brass plates and oil lamps on mats. In the foreground a bald man in white dhoti and shawl with a white sacred-thread line and tilak sits with palms pressed together. Behind him rows of devotees sit on mats; several women wear yellow and orange saris and men wear white. A red carpet runs along a metal railing toward the front, and framed banners hang on the wall above.

A photograph of a large hall with white walls and a white platform at the left edge, decorated with hanging colourful woven banners. Rows of seated devotees fill the floor, many men in white dhotis and white shirts with red-and-white sacred threads and tilak, while others wear orange or saffron robes and yellow shawls. Several seated men in front hold small items and sit before orange cloth mats with brass plates of offerings, flowers and small bowls. A tripod-mounted camera stands among the rows and a few seated people wear orange and red saris. Hundreds of attendees are visible toward the back.

A seated group of men fills a bright hall with a white draped ceiling and hanging colourful tassel decorations. In the foreground, a man in a saffron-orange robe sits centre, with men in white dhotis with pink-red borders and rudraksha malas beside and behind him. Several men have white ash markings on their arms and chests and hold their hands together in prayer or meditation. Brass oil lamps, a small brass pot and a bowl sit on an orange cloth before them, and a larger crowd of seated devotees in white fills the background. Faint ritual stations and a framed image appear at the far left.
