Beside him a steel vessel and a white cloth lie on a counter, with a stack of white containers and another pot in the background. The setting looks like a community kitchen preparing food for devotees, with the cook focused on the rice or porridge in the pot.2012-05-27A photograph of a serving table outdoors with rows of disposable white paper plates being prepared for a meal. Each plate holds a portion of orange-yellow savory snack, round golden biscuits, and small wrapped candies in gold and purple foil. Several women wearing white and orange-striped saris with gold bangles reach across the table, plating food and handing plates along. A large tray of yellow sweet or savory food sits at the upper right, and a white tray with biscuits is held in the lower right foreground. A pale floral cloth covers the table.2006-05-05
