A round stone-rimmed well or pit with green water sits near the centre. Behind it rise tiers of red-painted concrete steps, like a stadium or amphitheatre seating, bordered by a white boundary wall. Palm trees and leafy shrubs frame the left and right edges, and a few cut stone slabs lie scattered at the lower right. No people are visible.

Red flags on tall poles line the terraces and railings. Hundreds of seated attendees fill the upper tiers in casual and bright clothing. A still water channel at the front reflects the steps, flags and blue sky. The venue is an open-air ceremonial amphitheatre with no clearly identifiable person at the front of the crowd.

Grey stone deity sculptures line the upper terrace on the right, and a small brass vessel sits on the step at the bottom right. Blue sky with scattered clouds and tall trees appear behind the complex.
