December 28 20112011-12-28A seated satsang gathering of women in a hall with white walls, a pale-curtained door and a red curtain at left. Most women sit cross-legged on the floor in orange or saffron shawls over white and cream sarees, with several holding open notebooks, and food offerings in small plates and containers are arranged on a mat before them. Along the back, women sit on chairs; one in white and orange holds a microphone at right beside a keyboard and speakers, and another in white with an orange shawl sits at the far right. The scene reads as a women's spiritual discourse session with ritual food offerings.2011-12-25A photograph of a row of women seated cross-legged on a tiled floor during a pratyaksha padapuja style ritual.
