A photograph of a line of devotees receiving blessings in an indoor hall with a decorated altar and floral garland backdrop. A figure in an ochre-orange robe with a tan turban and red-brown rudraksha beads is placing a hand on the head of a man in a white kurta with grey hair and white beard, who has his palms pressed together. Beside them, saffron-robed attendants and a white-clad priest stand; one holds a silver tray with a red box. Devotees around them wear yellow T-shirts, white shirts, a red shirt and a green shirt, with palms joined. Approximately seven people are visible.2011-12-15 +1 copiesDecember 04 20112011-12-04May 12 20122012-05-12December 29 20112011-12-29A photograph of a temple scene with several men gathered around a central figure. A man in the centre wears a deep red turban with a white stone ornament, a green and gold silk garment, a multi-strand silver necklace and silver bangles, and holds a stack of white papers or envelopes with an outstretched hand. Beside him a man in an orange robe with a rudraksha mala holds his hands together, and an older man with grey hair in a black jacket stands in the foreground with hands folded. Bald men in white dhoti-style clothes stand at the right, and a tray of offerings or flowers is visible at the lower right. Behind them, a decorated shrine with green, red and gold drapery and a deity murti is partly visible. The central turbaned man is not identifiable as a person from appearance cues alone, so he is described by role and set to unsure.2011-12-16November 11 20132013-11-11December 16 20112011-12-16September 23 20122012-09-23Indoor temple scene with a man in a cream turban adorned with jewelled brooches, wearing a green and gold silk garment, a red-and-gold beaded garland and a white shawl draped over one shoulder. He smiles and hands a folded white cloth to a young boy in a red shirt and orange backpack who reaches out with a hand. Around them stand devotees with palms pressed together in namaskar, including a man in white clothes at left, boys in orange and teal shirts, and monastics in saffron robes at right. A priest in white dhoti holds a tray of offerings. Behind them are a golden deity figure, a yellow lion-like sculpture and colourful temple decorations.2011-12-13October 03 20112011-10-03Indoor hall scene where a person in a brown-orange draped garment with a gold-toned cloth, a brown-orange turban with a gold ornament, a long gold bead necklace, gold bangles and armbands raises a hand in blessing toward a devotee. The devotee in a green-and-maroon striped shirt with brown beads and orange wristband presses palms together in anjali, and a man in white kurta with rudraksha beads stands nearby with head bowed. Other devotees in white and a few people in orange clothing stand behind metal stanchions. In the background a golden deity murti and a red curtain with floral decoration are visible, and a white ceiling with recessed lights and a projector screen completes the room. This is an appearance-based candidate who is physically present, with distinctive turban, ornate gold jewellery and orange-brown clothing; the identification is probable only from appearance, not from the face.2013-11-05A photograph of a temple gathering in which a smiling figure in saffron-orange robes, an orange turban with a red tilak, and layered white ceremonial necklaces and bangles stands at center, beside a bald man in bare-chested orange garments with white ash markings on his arms and back who holds a tray of offerings. Several men in front raise folded hands in namaskar, a man in white dhoti with a yellow and red-bordered shawl is at left, and a cameraman films in the background above colourful temple painting. The cues for the central figure are a turban, ornate ceremonial necklaces and saffron clothing, but the appearance is not clear enough to confirm identity; the page suggests a person is present.2011-12-25
