A candid photograph of a devotional gathering indoors at night. In the foreground, a man with long dark hair tied back in a bun and a tilak on his forehead, wearing an orange saffron robe, leans forward and places his right hand on the head of a seated person in white. Behind him, a man in orange robes stands with a folded garland or ritual items. To the left, a man in a white shirt bows his head, and a person in white with a yellow shawl leans forward with hands joined. Brass and yellow flower offerings sit on a low table in the lower foreground. Several onlookers stand in the background. The scene appears to be a blessing or padapuja-style moment.2009-11-17December 26 20122012-12-26May 28 20132013-05-28A photo of a seated figure in orange robes and a red flower garland receiving a young boy at a home-visit blessing or pada pooja setting. The seated person has long dark hair, a red garland over an orange garment, and rests a hand on the boy's head while holding a small paper. Beside them, a woman in a white embroidered kurta with a white shawl holds the boy's shoulder, and a man in white with a black mala stands behind. Behind the seated figure stands a man in an orange cloth and cap, and a girl in white with an orange hair tie. Red cushions, apples and a small offering tray are on the seat and table, with a gold-trimmed chair at right. Presence of a person is only an appearance-based candidate: the seated figure wears orange, long hair and a red garland, with no crown or rudraksha visible, so the identity is uncertain.2010-01-09Indoor event photograph at an evening gathering. A man in an orange sleeveless top with an orange shawl and a dark rudraksha-style mala holds a sheet of paper in his left hand while his right hand rests on the head of a young girl in white, who looks down with her hand near her face. An adult woman in a white sari with a red bindi and beaded necklace stands beside the girl, smiling and holding her shoulder. Around them, standing devotees wear white kurtas and sarees, one man in an orange robe stands at the right edge, and a woman in a yellow dupatta watches. A floral arrangement with purple and pink blooms is at the upper left.September 12 20092009-09-12September 03 20132013-09-03A photograph of a devotional gathering. A bare-chested man with long dark hair and a beard, wearing an orange-red shawl over his shoulder and gold necklaces, reaches out to touch the forehead of a seated woman in an orange blouse who presses her palms together. Behind them an older man with white hair wears white kurta clothing, a red-and-white shawl and a rudraksha mala, and looks on. A man in white with a rudraksha mala and a photographer holding a camera stand nearby, and a man seated on the floor has a white forehead mark and white dhoti. A red curtain and gold-coloured carved panel frame the room.2017-10-12A seated man with long dark hair tied back, wearing a rust-brown shawl, a multi-strand rudraksha mala and gold bangles, raises his right hand to bless the head of a young blonde girl in a cream top and pink skirt. Beside him a man in white dhoti and shawl with a rudraksha mala and gold border sits and watches. Behind them a woman in orange with a rudraksha mala looks on, and seated devotees in white and orange clothing fill the blurred background. Blessing scene at a satsang gathering.2013-07-17October 12 20172017-10-12July 19 20152015-07-19A photograph of a blessing moment during a satsang. A man in saffron-orange robes with a gold-yellow border and a beaded rudraksha-style necklace extends his right hand to rest on the head of a young boy in a white shirt with an orange-and-red shawl, a red beaded bracelet on his wrist. Behind them a woman in white with an orange shawl and a dark rudraksha mala smiles, and other children in orange shawls wait. Brass lamps and a red draped cloth stand in the background, with a pedestal fan at right. Probable Swamiji appearance cues: the man has a swept-back hair bun, saffron robes and rudraksha beads, and the page identifies him as Swamiji.2015-07-19
