A photograph of a temple event where a man with long, swept-back dark hair and a tilak on his forehead stands on a raised platform, dressed in a flowing saffron-orange robe and a gold beaded necklace with a large pendant. He holds a lit oil lamp in one hand and a silver bell in the other, and appears to be performing an aarti toward a large dark stone deity murti on the right, garlanded with pink flowers. Seated devotees fill the foreground, many in white and dark clothing, and a golden deity and canopy stand in the background. Probable Swamiji (probable): the long swept-back hair, saffron robe and gold necklace match the page's description of Swamiji presiding at the event.2007-11-09A photograph inside a temple shrine with a black stone lingam on a dark pedestal base at centre-right. A man with long, dark, wavy hair wears a plain saffron-orange dhoti and shawl, with white ash markings on his upper arm and shoulder, and places his right hand on the lingam. Behind him stand gold metal deity murtis, one with a crown and a red beaded necklace, adorned with white and red flower garlands. A kneeling young person in orange robes with a gold chain sits at left, eyes closed, beside a golden statue of a figure with hands folded in prayer. Tall pillars at both sides are decorated with painted elephant, floral and bird motifs and wrapped in garlands of yellow, white and red flowers. The man resembles the a person appearance cues (long hair, saffron clothing, ash markings), so this is an appearance-based probable identification. a person performs abhishekam on the lingam.2007-11-09November 09 20072007-11-09November 09 20072007-11-09June 07 20162016-06-07March 10 20132013-03-10A photograph of a temple abhishekam at a Shiva shrine. A man in orange robes with white vibhuti markings on his forehead and arm pours water from a gold pot over a dark stone lingam. Beside him a younger boy in orange robes, wearing a beaded necklace, holds a brass kalasha. Behind the lingam stands a decorated golden arch, and a garland of yellow and pink flowers hangs nearby. Two people are visible, and the scene is lit warmly against dark surroundings.2009-12-16December 09 20152015-12-09A photograph of a long-haired figure in a sleeveless saffron-orange top and matching orange wrap pouring liquid from a small vessel onto a black Shivalinga set on a stone base, in front of a gold deity murti draped with red and gold silk and decorated with yellow and pink flower garlands and jewelled ornaments. To the left, a second man in orange robes and a gold beaded necklace holds a white bowl. The person pouring has a long salt-and-pepper mane and wears no visible crown or turban; the appearance cues are not distinctive enough to confirm the page's claim, so the a person field is unsure.2010-02-12November 09 20072007-11-09December 09 20152015-12-09A photo of a diksha-style initiation in an orange-draped monastic setting. A figure with long, swept-back dark hair, bare-chested under an orange shawl, sits on a raised seat and presses one hand to the forehead of a kneeling man in orange clothing with praying hands and a rudraksha mala. Behind them, rows of seated monks in saffron robes watch, and a bamboo frame hung with orange flags and small banners stands among gleaming silver and gold ritual objects, including a silver deity murti. The figure's presentation matches the page's Swamiji reference through long hair, bare-chested orange shawl and rudraksha-style adornment, so this is an appearance-based probable identification; the printed caption identifies the archive page, not the person.2006-08-22
