A smiling man in a rust-red turban decorated with green beads and gold ornaments stands in a red-brown dhoti and shawl, wearing layered gold necklaces, a gold armlet and multiple rings. He holds a lit oil lamp with a flame and a silver bell or lamp stand in the other hand, performing aarti. Garlands of white jasmine and pink and red flowers hang around his shoulders. Smoke rises behind him and ornate, flower-covered deity murti are visible at right. The setting appears to be a temple ritual. Swamiji is named on the page, and the appearance cues (turban, gold necklaces, rudraksha-style adornment, saffron-red clothing) are consistent, so this is a probable match.2018-04-27April 21 20132013-04-21April 27 20182018-04-27A seated man on an ornate silver-and-red throne at a stage event, smiling and looking to his right. He holds two long gold-and-jewelled staffs with ornate tops. An attendant in white dhoti with a sacred tilak stands at left, and another person in a dark turban appears behind. Its role in the scene is a priest-guided ceremonial presentation.2018-04-14 +1 copiesMay 27 20172017-05-27A photograph of a temple ritual. In the left foreground a man in a rust-red turban and rust-red robe, with a white flower garland, long dark dreadlock-style hair falling to his back, and gold armlets, stands in profile holding a lit oil lamp (aarti) toward a shrine. Behind him, golden deity murtis are heavily decorated with multicoloured flower garlands in red, yellow, purple and white, and a golden cobra hood is visible. A brass bell and other ritual implements are nearby. The scene suggests a puja or aarti at a deity shrine.2017-07-09
