A seated man in saffron-red and reddish-brown robes, wearing a red turban, rudraksha-style beads and a white flower garland, sits on a gold-framed seat with a golden cobra hood behind him, beside a trident. Around him, several women and girls in orange and saffron garments and white saris perform puja, one holding a ritual item. Striped cloth covers the platform edge, and red-brick buildings, scaffolding and a tiered seating area with many small lingams fill the background. A seated deity murti in red and gold sits on a gold throne at the base, flanked by gold arches. Several people in orange and saffron robes stand on the platform and walk along the pool edge, some carrying vessels, while tiers of small red-and-black lingams line the terrace behind. Three horizontal white bands mark the linga's upper shaft. Several men in orange and saffron robes stand on a scaffold at the top of the linga, one holding up an object. Below, a figure seated in front of the base wears red and a red garland with rudraksha-style beads, flanked by a golden makara-style arch. Tiered rows of seats line the left side, and a building with orange walls and a partially built roof stands behind. Small flags on poles are visible at the left.2017-07-24A large black stone Shiva lingam with a yoni-shaped base stands in a sunken courtyard, wrapped with a garland of white and red flowers at its top. Behind it, a tiered grey-and-red stepped area is filled with rows of small black lingams and seated stone figures, with red flags along the fence. Several people in saffron and orange robes stand around the base and on a raised platform, with a few women in red and white saris among them near the front of the lingam. A red multi-storey building with many windows rises in the background. Counted people: roughly ten visible, including those on the platform.2017-07-03 +1 copiesA large black stone Shivalingam rises from a broad black yoni-shaped pedestal set on a platform in shallow water, with a red-and-white striped border at the base. Garlands of orange and yellow flowers wrap the lingam. In front, a seated figure is shown in a golden throne with a red cushion, appearing as a statue or depiction rather than a living person. Several people in orange robes work around the base, pouring liquid from metal pots and tending the abhishekam, while more orange-clad attendants stand on the platform and in the water. Behind, a tiered red-brick seating structure with orange flags and yellow canopies frames the scene. A few figures stand atop the lingam's upper section.2017-09-11October 22 20142014-10-22 +1 copiesAugust 07 20172017-08-07A large black stone Shiva lingam with a white-painted upper section and a red and white flower garland stands on a dark stone yoni base in an open courtyard. A seated figure in a red and white garment and beaded necklaces sits on a gold and red throne placed in front of the lingam. Several people in saffron and orange clothing stand on a platform beside the lingam, pouring water over it, while others in orange tend the base and pour water from pots. Tiered red-brick seating with many small stone figures and red flags surrounds the courtyard, with a red multi-storey building behind. The seated figure is visible at a distance and the appearance is too uncertain to identify, so the role is given as a seated devotee on a throne beside the lingam.2017-08-07
