Low-angle outdoor photo beside a tall carved wooden or stone pillar wrapped with orange cord and rope, its panels showing a seated figure and foliage. A single standing man in saffron-orange robes and a matching orange sleeveless top, wearing a rudraksha-style bead mala, holds a small bunch of orange-pink flowers in both hands at chest height, head bowed. Tall palm fronds stand at right against a pale, cloudy sky.

October 18 20102010-10-18Low-angle outdoor photograph of a man in saffron-orange robes standing beside a tall copper-clad ritual pillar wrapped with orange and red cord. The pillar has carved panels, including a seated figure in relief. He holds pink flowers in his hands near his chest and wears a long rudraksha-style mala necklace. Tall coconut palms and a blue sky with scattered clouds fill the background. Appearance-based candidate, unconfirmed by face: the page indicates a person was present, but the visible cues (saffron robe, beaded mala, pillar setting) are not distinctive enough to confirm identity, so the person is described by role as a sannyasi holding flowers near a dhwajasthambham flagpost.2010-10-18 +2 copiesLow-angle photo of a single man in saffron-orange ceremonial clothing standing beside a tall ornately carved copper-toned pillar wrapped with an orange cord. He wears an orange sleeveless top, a deep orange-red dhoti or wrap, and a rudraksha-style mala around his neck. His hair is tied back, and he holds small red-orange flowers in both hands at chest height while looking down toward them, apparently offering them at the pillar. The pillar has relief carvings of a seated figure and foliage. A tall coconut palm fills the right side against a pale blue sky with scattered clouds.2010-10-18 +1 copiesOutdoor photo beside a tall ornate copper and wood ceremonial pillar wrapped with orange cloth and a dark cord, carved with figures and a tree motif, under a pale sky with palm fronds. Two men in orange-red robes stand near it: one in the centre with hands folded in namaskar at chest level, wearing a multi-strand rudraksha-style bead necklace with a flower garland, and one at right bending forward with head covered by his robe. The central man has short hair and no visible crown, turban or long swept-back hair, so identity is uncertain.2010-10-18 +1 copiesLow-angle outdoor photo beneath a pale cloudy sky and a tall coconut palm. Scattered petals lie at the base of the pillar.2010-11-06Outdoors under a bright sky with scattered clouds and tall palm trees behind. In the foreground a tall copper-clad ceremonial flagstaff with a carved wooden base rises on the left. Beside it a man in saffron-orange robes and a rudraksha mala stands on the right, pulling an orange rope that runs up the pole, as the flag is raised. A second person in orange robes, shown only at the right edge, holds a brass plate. The scene suggests a flag-hoisting ritual.2010-10-18 +1 copies
