A barefoot figure in orange-saffron robes stands at its base, head tilted up, holding a bell and a small oil lamp with a flame, beside a palm tree. A second robed person in saffron stands at right holding a brass vessel. Marigold petals lie on the stone base. Pale sunlight glows behind the palm fronds. Flagpole ceremony at sunrise.
