A tall copper-clad flagstaff, wrapped in rope bands, rises steeply against a blue sky with scattered white clouds, seen from below. A red-orange cord runs down its length from a pulley and wooden cap at the top, and a red-orange flag or banner hangs near the top. A roof edge and a palm frond frame the corners of the view. No people are visible.
