Outdoors under a partly cloudy sky with palm trees behind, a tall ornate copper flagstaff stands on a red stone base. An orange cord wraps around the pole. A man in orange saffron robes and a rudraksha mala necklace, wearing a dark cap, rests one hand on the flagstaff while standing on a red platform. To the right, a cameraman in orange clothing films him with a professional video camera. Other people are partly visible at the edges. This appears to be a dhwajarohanam flag-hoisting setting.

The man on the right, kneeling at the base, wears an orange robe and rudraksha mala and holds his hands near the pillar. Rudraksha malas are visible on both men; no clear distinctive presentation establishes whether either is a person.2010-10-18 +1 copiesOutdoors under a pale blue sky with wispy clouds and tall coconut palms, two men in saffron-orange robes stand on a red-painted stone platform beside a tall ornately carved copper-toned pillar wrapped with orange cord and dark bands. Two priests in saffron-orange robes stand at its base: one reaches up toward the top of the staff with an outstretched arm, while the other, to the right, holds a brass plate of offerings. Behind them, a row of people in white clothes stands under a corrugated roof, with palm trees, a red-and-white pennant and black stone sculptures around the courtyard. A dhwaja stambha with flag-raising ritual is visible, consistent with a dwajarohanam ceremony.2010-10-18 +1 copiesOutdoors beside a tall copper-clad dhwaja stambha (flagpole) on a raised red-painted platform, with coconut palms and a blue sky with clouds behind. Two saffron-robed men stand at the base: one in the centre wearing a rudraksha mala and a bare upper body with arms relaxed, and another bending forward on the right, wearing a long rudraksha mala and a large round gold pendant, holding a golden plate or tray. A man in white dhoti and shirt stands at the lower right, and a cameraman in orange clothing films with a video camera at the right edge. Orange cords hang from the flagpole, and the carved wooden shrine-like section of the pole shows small deity figures.
