The male deity holds a trident and a raised hand gesture, wears layered gold necklaces and a crown; the female deity wears a red sari, gold jewellery and a tall gold crown. A kalasha and offerings sit before the murti. At left a priest in a brown dhoti stands with his back to the camera, and at right a gold-coloured statue of a sage with a rudraksha mala and folded hands stands beside the arch. No living audience is visible.2015-02-19A photograph of a golden deity murti pair seated on a throne, adorned with layered gold necklaces, a tall crown and a trident, surrounded by a dense arch of marigolds and roses in yellow, purple, red and white. A standing attendant in dark clothing and an orange head cloth holds a lit flame in front of the deities, with a second figure partly visible at the left edge. Below, a dark lingam-like base is wrapped in floral garlands, and the deities' hands are raised in blessing. This appears to be an evening aarti at a temple shrine.2015-02-19
