The figure wears rust-orange dhoti with gold borders, a rudraksha bead garment across the chest and shoulders, and layered white and red bead necklaces and armbands. The right hand is raised in blessing and the left hangs down holding a small red-tasselled item. The figure stands on a rounded base, with red-painted toenails. The statue is an image of a teacher figure and does not depict a physical person present in the scene.2013-09-15March 22 20132013-03-22May 04 20132013-05-04A bronze-toned statue of a sannyasi stands in a gilded arched niche against green fabric printed with gold flowers. The figure wears a red-orange turban with a fan-shaped top, long dark hair, a red bindi, and a red-orange wrap with gold borders. Layers of rudraksha and beaded malas hang across the chest, with a clear crystal mala and a gold pendant. The right hand is raised in blessing and the left arm hangs with a rudraksha bracelet. Since the statue is a depiction, no living person is present; this is a probable depiction of Swamiji (probable) based on the long hair, turban, saffron-toned clothing and rudraksha malas.2013-06-21May 02 20132013-05-02
