Women in saris of orange, red and purple stand at the edge. A man in a khaki uniform stands in the crowd. Strings of colourful flags hang over a tent canopy on the right, and a white truck, a cream car and an orange lorry are parked behind a brick wall.2010-01-23January 23 20102010-01-23January 23 20102010-01-23A procession on a rural road lined with palm trees and flat fields. Around them, men in white shirts and white dhotis, some wearing garlands and a rudraksha-style necklace, accompany the group, with a woman in an orange sari and a girl in a blue top among the crowd. Orange and red pennants and flags line a white water tower, and a blue banner with a portrait stands by the road. Many carry or follow orange-red flags on tall poles, and several ornate decorated umbrella-like canopies with embroidered panels and tassels are raised above the walkers. A red and white fringed banner stretches across the background, and a parked white bus with a blue tarpaulin stands at right. Some women wear saffron and white saris, and a drummer with a drum is visible at left. No clearly identifiable person is in a central position of honour, so no a person candidate is established.2009-01-01A large outdoor crowd of devotees gathers on a dusty street in front of low buildings and a stone wall. At the centre, a young man in an orange saffron robe with a long white flower garland and a multi-strand rudraksha-style bead necklace stands with palms pressed together in greeting. Around him, men in white dhotis and white shirts with rudraksha malas and small pendants press close, while others in orange and saffron clothing stand nearby. A pink flag hangs from a pole in the background, and a woman in an orange sari watches at the right edge. The scene appears to be a public welcome or visit amid the crowd.2009-11-25August 03 20092009-08-03December 25 20072007-12-25January 23 20102010-01-23Outdoor photo of a dense crowd on a paved road during a procession.
