A photograph of a ritual offering set on a flat metal tray atop a red velvet cloth. A bundle wrapped in white cloth with red-and-white thread sits at center, ringed by a garland of yellow marigolds, with red and gold ornamental bead tassels attached. Red velvet bolsters edged with silver trim flank the tray, and behind them are gold textile, red and white rose garlands, and a brown-bead garland. The setting suggests a Navaratri Vishesha Dravya Homa offering. No people are visible.

A photograph of a kalasha, a metal pot wrapped in white cloth with a red-and-gold bordered sari-style border, topped with mango leaves and a coconut with a red mark, set on a silver tray. Behind it stand gold-and-brass ritual fittings, garlands of yellow and purple flowers, and a red pillar. At the far left, a partially visible figure in saffron-orange clothing with a rudraksha mala appears beside a white statue, and a small deity murti stands on a red base at the right. No physical people are clearly visible in the central scene apart from the partial figure at the edge. Ritual setting consistent with puja preparations.

A photograph of a Kalabhairava homa purnahuti during a temple celebration. In the foreground, a bare-armed priest with a light sacred ash marking on his arm pours or sprinkles offerings toward a richly decorated deity murti dressed in gold-embroidered garments and silver-toned ornaments. The murti is garlanded with white jasmine strands, red roses and yellow marigolds, with green leaves tucked among the flowers. Grains of rice or grass stalks and drifting smoke fill the air. A golden arched frame and a silver oil lamp stand behind, against a red and gold backdrop. The scene shows an offering made at the altar, with no visible audience.

Close view of a ritual scene during the Nithyanandotsavam homa. A man in an orange garment at the left edge reaches in, while a seated figure in a deep red-orange cloth, facing away, is adorned with long white jasmine garlands. Hands are visibly adorning the seated figure, who wears a rudraksha mala and a silver pendant with a coin-like ornament. Bangles and a bracelet are visible on the wrists. Gold-edged cloth and a red-orange lower garment fill the frame. Beside the figure, a banner-like backdrop and a figure in white are faintly visible. The overall setting suggests a homa offering in progress.
