Around him, a dense crowd of devotees sits on white floor mats in white and cream clothes with orange-red shawls and sashes. In the front centre, a raised platform holds a gilded throne-like seat and a shrine with a deity murti and gold ornaments. An orange-robed figure sits near the altar and another stands beside the throne. A camera on a tripod records the ceremony, and a shaved-headed devotee sits in the foreground.2015-07-20A large seated congregation of devotees performs a group puja in a spacious hall with cream walls, red curtains and framed deity portraits on the back wall. Many men and boys wear white dhotis with gold borders and white shirts, while several monks in saffron-orange robes and rudraksha malas sit in front. Some hold small brass lamps or oil lamps and raise them in ritual offering, and brass vessels, plates and bowls sit on mats before them. A watermarked-free view shows the seated rows stretching into the distance under bright ceiling lights.2012-01-01October 09 20152015-10-09 +1 copiesSeptember 16 20152015-09-16 +1 copiesMarch 27 20162016-03-27 +1 copiesA dimly lit hall with a red-washed back wall and open doorway framing a glowing deity murti at the far end. Devotees in white clothes with red sashes sit on a raised platform and on chairs in rows, many with red and orange cloths draped over them. Two standing figures in white flank the central doorway, and a few people sit cross-legged in front of the dais with potted plants and an oil lamp area nearby. The setting suggests a puja or satsang in progress, with the participants seated in devotional posture facing the shrine.2013-04-01July 09 20152015-07-09October 11 20142014-10-11October 19 20152015-10-19February 10 20162016-02-10 +1 copies
