A photograph from behind a young man in a white t-shirt with dark curly hair and a red cord around his neck, whose hands are raised near the head of a seated man wearing a rust-orange and mustard-yellow shawl and an orange cloth. The seated man has a red-orange tilak on his forehead, and a large ornate golden backdrop with carved patterns stands behind them against deep red curtains. The seated man is a person based on his orange and saffron clothing and a tilak; the presentation cues are the orange shawl and forehead mark, and his role appears to be receiving a ritual gesture from the man in white. The scene suggests an initiation-style blessing rather than a festival, with only two people visible.2013-05-14May 14 20132013-05-14December 11 20112011-12-11A long-haired man in an orange-brown saffron wrap and a rudraksha mala is leaning in to bless a younger man in a white t-shirt, placing his left hand on the man's forehead while the younger man's hands are raised in prayer. The blesser, who has long swept-back hair and a rudraksha mala with ornate adornments, appears to be a probable Swamiji in a blessing role. Behind them, a garland of red and yellow flowers decorates a deity murti, and a brass kalasha sits on a yellow cloth with other devotees in the background.2013-07-06A seated figure in a rust-red saffron-toned garment with gold trim places one hand on the forehead of a young man in a white kurta with a rudraksha mala at his neck. The young man stands with eyes closed and palms pressed together in namaste, receiving a blessing. The seated figure has long dark hair pulled back and a gold-embroidered garment, and a gold throne-like seat is visible at lower left. The setting is a plain beige-panelled hall with a wooden pillar and white curtain at right. A partial figure in white sits in the background at right.2013-12-03December 10 20132013-12-10A photograph of a healer initiation moment indoors before a red draped backdrop with a golden deity statue at the left edge. A person with long dark hair in a swept-back bun, wearing a rudraksha mala and an orange and gold garment draped over the shoulder, sits and places a raised palm on the forehead of a young man in a white t-shirt and an orange scarf printed with dark lettering, who holds his own palms open in front of him. A woman in white with an orange scarf and rudraksha beads sits behind them holding a bundle of incense sticks. Other people in white and orange scarves stand in the background.2015-07-19February 09 20122012-02-09July 14 20122012-07-14A photograph of a satsang-style blessing on a stage with dark red drapes behind. A man with long dark hair and a rudraksha mala, wearing an unfastened rust-orange robe and a bare-shouldered wrap, places his right palm on the forehead of a younger man with light hair. The younger man wears a white kurta, an orange-red shawl, a wooden bead mala and a wristwatch, and holds up his right palm with eyes closed. An orange cushion and a gold-coloured object sit at the lower left, and another audience member is partly visible at the lower right.2013-05-24A seated man with long, swept-back dark hair and a bare upper body, wearing a deep red cloth and dark beaded adornments, reaches forward to press his palm to the forehead of a shaved-headed young man in a white t-shirt. The young man has his hands in anjali mudra and wears an orange-red shawl over his shoulders. Behind them stand ornate gold and jewelled deity garments, a red draped table and green foliage, with a woman in orange and a third person in white visible at the edges.2014-12-26February 09 20122012-02-09
