Close-up photo of a pair of bare feet standing on a shallow silver metal tray lined with red petals and white flowers, set on a red cushion. The person wears orange cloth at the ankles. Gold-toned ornamental stands sit beside each foot, with pink and white petals scattered around. This shows a padapuja, the ritual worship of the feet, with flower offerings arranged around the feet. Only feet and orange-clad ankles are visible, so no face or identifying features can be seen.2009-12-03June 21 20132013-06-21 +1 copiesJuly 24 20142014-07-24October 13 20122012-10-13Close-up photograph of a bare foot resting on a brass tray filled with white jasmine flowers, pink petals and red blossoms during a padapuja. The foot wears a pink lotus garland with gold beads wrapped around the ankle, and the leg is clad in maroon cloth with a woven border. The tray sits on a red embroidered cushion atop an ornate gold throne-like seat with carved detailing. No face is shown, so the person's identity cannot be established from the image.2017-06-07June 07 20172017-06-07July 24 20142014-07-24July 28 20172017-07-28 +1 copiesClose photo of a padapuja-style foot worship. A bare foot rests on a golden tray with ornate silver bowls holding flowers. A child's hand with gold bangles reaches to offer red and white flowers, including frangipani-like white blooms and a pink-and-yellow flower, onto a heap of red, white and yellow petals. A person in an orange and gold sari-border garment stands above, and another person's hand holding petals appears at the upper left. Only the feet, hands and arms are visible, so people are partially visible.2013-07-21April 01 20132013-04-01Close-up photograph of a bare foot resting on a silver-coloured tray filled with red roses, white flowers and green leaves, with two small gold-coloured ornaments near the toes. The foot emerges from a saffron-and-gold bordered garment, and a hand rests at the left edge. A red cloth covers the surface beneath the tray, and an ornate silver vessel sits at the right. This appears to be a padapuja, a ritual of honouring the feet with flowers. The foot is visible but the wearer's face is not shown, so no person is identified here.2012-10-16Close photo of a bare foot resting on a silver tray filled with red and magenta flower petals, arranged on a red cushion. A person in cream or white clothing with a dark red-and-maroon shawl and a dark wooden or seed bead mala sits beside it. The foot is being honoured with flower offerings, consistent with a padapuja ritual.2015-12-27 +1 copies
