A photograph inside a temple shrine. A smiling man with long dark hair, wearing an orange saffron dhoti and shawl, a gold bead necklace and a red tilak on his forehead, sits on a raised white platform beside a tall brass oil lamp (deepa). He reaches toward the lamp while a person with dark curly hair in white clothing sits facing him in the foreground. Behind them hang a gold-framed ornate panel and a yellow and red cloth with a garland of white flowers. At lower left, a small gold-framed figure of a deity murti stands with a crown. The walls are pale tiled. The man's appearance (long swept hair, orange saffron clothing, gold necklace) matches the cues associated with a person, so this is a probable identification from appearance.2007-11-09December 25 20152015-12-25A smiling man with long dark hair, wearing a saffron-orange shawl draped over his shoulders, stands beside an ornate gold-leafed structure, one hand resting on a gold kalasha-like finial. He has white vertical tilaka marks and a red bindi on his forehead. Behind him is a red backdrop and a gold deity or throne carving with a gold lotus-like base. The scene appears to be a temple or ashram setting, with the shawl and long hair as appearance cues. Probable Swamiji, in person, with an orange wrap and long hair beside gilded temple ornamentation.2006-09-23A smiling man seated at a ritual table before a gold-embossed, ornate backdrop, wearing a rust-orange and gold garment with a long rudraksha-style mala and a red-and-white floral garland. He wears gold armlets and bangles, a red bindi and white forehead markings, and holds a small oil lamp in one hand and a silver bell in the other. Silver vessels, a silver kalasha with a stand, brass items and bowls of flowers and offerings sit on the table, with a red velvet curtain to the right. A swami-style figure with distinctive adornments and ceremonial gold necklaces is present, consistent with a puja or satsang setting.2013-08-19A smiling man sits on an ornate gold throne with carved repoussé backrest and arms, draped over a tiger-striped fabric. He wears an orange-red ochre cloth wrapped over one shoulder, a long necklace of large gold beads, a gold chain, and gold hoop earrings. He has long swept-back dark hair, white sacred ash lines on his forehead with a red bindi, and a small microphone clipped near his face. His right hand rests on a silver lamp stand beside him. Appearance-based probable Swamiji (probable): the long swept-back hair, ochre cloth, gold bead mala and ceremonial gold necklace match the page's identification.2013-03-05 +1 copiesFebruary 09 20122012-02-09July 07 20092009-07-07July 05 20122012-07-05July 17 20082008-07-17July 07 20152015-07-07 +1 copiesMay 26 20132013-05-26A seated man in saffron-orange robes and a rudraksha mala sits on an ornate golden throne carved with a lion head, bordered by garlands of yellow and red flowers and hanging brass bells. Four people sit on the floor before him: a woman in a yellow sari and a woman in red with rudraksha beads, a young person in white with glasses, and a shaved-head person in a white top at the left edge. Silver and gold trays hold red hibiscus flowers, white blossoms and small oil lamps. The figure on the throne is a person, identified by the saffron robes, the long rudraksha mala and the throne setting, and is labelled in_person.2013-09-05
