Hands with rudraksha bracelets rest on an orange silk lap cloth with gold zari and purple border. White jasmine garland lies at the edge. Two people are partly visible, one in orange and one in maroon robes with gold trim. The papers appear to be a printed booklet or programme handout.2015-07-26December 19 20152015-12-19April 06 20082008-04-06A seated figure with long dark hair swept up, wearing a gold headband of beads, multiple rudraksha-style beaded malas and gold ornaments, a reddish-brown shawl over the shoulders and a pale peach cloth draped over the lap, receives a small printed card from an elderly man in white shirt and glasses who reaches across a low wooden table. Behind, a standing attendant in saffron-orange robe and beaded mala watches. Golden lion statues and a gilded throne-like seat stand in a marble-walled hall; several elderly people sit at the left edge.2012-05-17A photograph of a man seated on a dark red velvet chair, wearing a rust-orange draped garment that leaves his shoulder bare, with a large rudraksha mala of brown beads across his chest. He has a hair bun, a white tilak on his forehead, and looks down smiling while reading a small white card held in both hands. Behind him are yellow flowers, a silver trident and a gold-coloured drape. A second person's hands, folded in namaste, are visible at the lower right edge. The figure matches the a person appearance cues (rudraksha mala, orange clothing, seated on a throne-like chair), so this is a person present in the scene.2015-02-01A smiling man with long dark dreadlocks, a beard and a red tilak on his forehead sits in a rust-red shawl, holding up a small yellow card to his right. The card shows a portrait of a smiling man in orange with a headwrap, printed with the words Nithyananda Dhyanapeetham. Beside him a microphone stand rises, and in the blurred background a brass oil lamp with a white floral garland sits near a golden pillar. The setting appears to be an outdoor satsang or talk.2018-05-24
