May 22 20162016-05-22September 24 20172017-09-24 +1 copiesA photograph of a seated man on an ornate silver-and-red throne smiling during a gathering. He wears a rust-red draped garment, a heavy gold necklace of beads with a large gold pendant, a red-and-gold armband, and a white tilak with a red dot on his forehead; his long dark hair falls past his shoulders. A microphone stand is positioned beside him. Facing him from the left, a shaven-headed figure in an orange-saffron wrap sits with bare back, holding a white cloth and offering, with white sacred markings on the shoulders. Gold ritual objects, a golden elephant figure on the right, and red and gold draped fabrics fill the background. Swamiji (probable): the seated man has long swept-back hair, ornate gold jewellery and a rust-red robe, so the appearance cues are distinctive.2017-10-01A bearded man with long, swept-back dark hair and a light forehead marking sits in close conversation with a smiling younger man in white and orange. The bearded man is bare-chested, wearing a rust-orange shawl, layered rudraksha malas, gold ceremonial necklaces, a pink and white flower garland, and gold armlets and bangles. The younger man wears an orange-patterned shawl over white clothes and leans in to adjust the garland. Behind them, gold and orange draped fabric and ornate decorations frame the ceremonial setting. Swamiji (probable): the bearded man's long hair, rudraksha malas, ornate gold jewellery and saffron-toned shawl are consistent with the page's Swamiji reference, and he is physically present.2016-10-09July 31 20152015-07-31A photograph of a seated man on an ornate silver-and-red throne at an indoor event, smiling and wearing a red-brown silk shawl with gold border, a gold necklace and multiple rudraksha malas, with a red tilak on his forehead and long dark hair swept back. A bald man in white clothes stands in front of the throne with his back to the camera, while attendants in saffron and orange robes with rudraksha malas stand around. A woman in red-and-gold sari holds a microphone at right, and a brass lion-like ornament sits beside the throne. People in white and saffron attire fill the background. The seated man matches the presentation cues for a person, shown on a throne with distinctive ornate jewellery and rudraksha malas, so the identification is probable.2017-08-13 +1 copiesSeptember 24 20172017-09-24 +2 copiesA photograph of a seated man with long dark hair tied with a leopard-print cloth, wearing a red rose garland, gold armband and gold earring, smiling broadly while resting a hand on the head of a kneeling boy with a white tilak. Nearby, a girl in white and gold cloth with rudraksha beads smiles, and several young people in white dhotis with gold borders stand behind. A cameraman with a tripod-mounted camera and a man in white shirt are visible. A golden lion-head carved armrest is in the foreground on a leopard-print cushioned seat. The seated man wears a rust-red robe with a gold-bordered drape, a red-brown rudraksha mala draped over his shoulders, a gold necklace, and white sacred ash markings on his forehead, and he smiles as he gestures with one hand. Facing him from the left, a bare-chested man in a white dhoti with a gold border and red waist cloth kneels or bends forward with ash markings and a rudraksha mala, in an apparent respectful gesture. A silver staff and a microphone stand are visible, with red curtains behind.2016-05-21A smiling man with eyes closed sits on an ornate gold throne-like seat in front of a gold repoussé backdrop. He wears a rust-red sleeveless robe with a gold-bordered dhoti, a red and white flower garland, layered gold necklaces and a rudraksha-style mala. He has long dark hair in a topknot, a white vibhuti band and a red kumkum dot, and he holds a silver trident in his raised right hand. A small plastic water bottle and an orange cloth sit to his left, and a bare-skinned attendant is partly visible at the right edge. Appearance-based candidate: a person, seated in a ceremonial role with a trident and garland.2016-03-02December 31 20152015-12-31September 24 20172017-09-24 +2 copies
