A figure with long dark swept-back hair, bare-chested except for a saffron-orange garment wrapped at the waist and a red-and-gold sash, wears gold bangles and a yellow flower garland, and holds a red and yellow canopy umbrella over a white-clad priest kneeling beside a copper kalasha topped with green grass and wrapped in red and yellow marigold garlands. Two shaved-headed attendants in orange cloth assist, one pouring from a brass vessel. The copper vessel is a ritual pot, and the scene suggests a dhvajarohanam-style consecration. Probable Swamiji present by distinctive long hair, saffron clothing and gold adornments; he is a central figure in the scene, with a total of four people visible.2011-11-29
