A smiling man with long dark hair and a red bindi sits on a golden throne decorated with garlands of roses, marigolds and jasmine in red, purple, yellow and white. He wears saffron-orange silk garments with a gold border and a maroon-striped shawl, a heavy ornate gold collar with red stone and pearl drops, a layered rudraksha-style mala, gold armlets and a gold belt. One foot is raised and resting in his hand, and he wears brown sandals. The throne's gold panel bears Devanagari letters. Presentation cues are consistent with the a person candidate, but the page does not place him at this event, so the identity is uncertain and the person is described by role as a seated figure on a throne.2011-12-17December 17 20112011-12-17December 17 20112011-12-17December 17 20112011-12-17December 23 20092009-12-23A man with long, swept-back dark hair and a red tilak on his forehead sits on a golden ornate throne decorated with yellow marigold and purple and white flower garlands.
