A dim, reddish night photograph of a temple procession or ritual at close range. Large flames of oil lamps or torches blaze in the left foreground with smoke drifting across. Behind them, a dark-clothed figure and several people in red and maroon garments stand near a red-draped structure with hanging fabric. Strings of flower garlands are visible. Several faces are visible on the right, lit by warm red light, and a partially visible person with a shaved head appears at the bottom edge. The image is blurry and heavily tinted red.2016-09-09May 27 20132013-05-27January 1st 2013November 09 20072007-11-09October 27 20082008-10-27August 20 20062006-08-20Night photograph of two processional deity murtis, a male and a female form, adorned with thick garlands of white and yellow flowers and red-and-white floral strands. The figures are gilded and richly ornamented with necklaces and crowns, standing within a dark wooden temple structure with carved pillars and an ornate canopy, lit warmly by light falling from one side. A person in a white dhoti with a red-bordered cloth is visible in the lower left foreground, seen from behind or partly cut off. The scene suggests a ratha or palanquin procession, with the deities carried under a carved wooden structure.2006-10-09October 10 20062006-10-10A photograph of a temple sanctum at night, dimly lit with a dark background. Ornate gold arches frame several large deity murtis draped in garlands of white and orange flowers. Tall decorated pillars with red, yellow and blue patterns rise behind the altar. In the foreground a man in white dhoti and shawl stands with his back partly turned, with other devotees in red and maroon clothing nearby, one bowing before the altar. A woman in a pink sari stands at the right edge. A brass vessel marked DONATION sits in the lower right, and a small figure in orange and black sits at the front of a raised platform. Worship and puja appear to be in progress.2007-11-09November 16 20152015-11-16November 09 20072007-11-09December 12 20162016-12-12
