A street scene in a town with a roadside shop and a pink multi-storey building behind, a parked white van and utility poles. In the centre, a man with long dark hair wears an orange-red robe and a garland of beads, smiling and extending his hands toward a man in a white shirt and white dhoti. Around them, men in white shirts and dhotis, several uniformed police officers in khaki, and a man in orange with a shaved head and white tilak stand close together. One police officer on the right raises a hand. The orange-robed central figure matches the appearance cues for Swamiji, with long hair and saffron clothing, and the page indicates his presence, so the appearance-based label applies, though the face is not used for identification.

A man in saffron-orange robes with long swept-back dark hair and a large multicolour flower garland of white, yellow, red and purple blooms stands at centre, smiling and looking toward the camera. Beside him a man in white shirt and white dhoti holds his hands in anjali namaskar, with a press badge on his shirt, and a man in an orange-and-white outfit stands to the right. A man in a white shirt with a purple shawl and rudraksha mala stands at left, back to the camera. A decorated canopy with blue and white fabric and a golden staff sits behind the group, and a camera operator is visible in the background. Several people appear in the frame, mostly partially visible.

A long-haired man in saffron-orange robes, wearing a rudraksha mala and a large white and orange flower garland, stands smiling with his palms raised. An older man in white clothes and an orange-yellow waist cloth holds a brass plate with a lit flame, performing aarti. Several men in white shirts and dhotis gather around, one at right in a white shirt and gold wristwatch with hands folded, another in front in white shirt and dark belt bending forward, and a man at left wears a white shirt with a rudraksha-style mala. A white car is visible at lower left. The orange-robed figure has distinctive long hair, saffron clothing and a garland, a person candidate, though appearance is only partly clear. Five to six visible people.
