A stage set with a deep red curtain backdrop. In the centre, a large ornate silver throne with a red cushion holds a printed or projected image of a seated figure in orange-red robes and an orange-red turban, wearing long rudraksha-style beads and a garland, hands raised in a gesture. A small red footstool sits before the throne. To the left, a gold-and-yellow draped table displays small deity murtis, framed pictures and a red book. To the right, a similar table holds a brown bag, framed photographs, jars, a rudraksha mala, folded yellow-and-white cloth and books. The figure on the throne is a depiction, not a physical person in the scene; no people are visible on stage and only audience heads appear at the bottom edge.2016-12-21A stage set for a discourse, with a red velvet curtain behind. A large ornate silver throne with a red seat stands centre stage, occupied by a figure in red robes and a red turban, wearing rudraksha beads and a white shawl with gold border, hands raised in a blessing gesture. A small red cushion rests before the throne. Tables draped in gold and brown cloth flank the throne: the left holds small deity figurines, a framed image and devotional items; the right holds framed portraits, a bag, a jar, a folded white and gold shawl and a rudraksha mala. Audience members in the foreground are seen from behind and partially visible at the bottom edge. The figure on the throne appears to be a printed or screen image rather than a physical person seated there, as the image is flat and fixed in place.2016-12-21December 21 20162016-12-21August 09 20152015-08-09A seated figure in orange-saffron robes sits cross-legged on an ornate red and gold throne against a dark blue stage curtain, raising one hand in blessing. A multicoloured marigold garland hangs from the throne to the floor. In front of the throne is a low platform laid with silver bowls of offerings, fruit, flowers and a small plate, with two silver oil lamps flanking the stage and a framed photo on a white pedestal at left. Incense smoke rises in the air. The wall-hanging and stage setup suggest a formal puja or satsang setting.2009-10-17August 03 20172017-08-03July 25 20172017-07-25 +1 copiesA seated man in saffron-orange robes and a red turban sits on an ornate gold throne on a stage draped with red velvet. He wears a rudraksha-style mala and a gold necklace and holds his hand outstretched toward a pot of greenery. Behind him a large painted backdrop shows a green-faced deity with a crown and halo, a bull, a crescent moon, a trident and a saffron-robed figure in profile. Brass oil lamps stand on either side, a brass vessel and a lotus-flower garland sit on the stage floor, and gold carved pillars frame the set. The page-flag candidate is Swamiji (probable) in an appearance-based sense, given the saffron robes, mala and turban on the throne.2015-05-10A man seated on an ornate gold throne with a cobra-hood carved backrest, in front of deep red draped curtains. He wears a rust-red turban with a small decorative ornament, a rust-red sleeveless top, a long gold ceremonial necklace with a pendant, and rust-red dhoti-style lower garment. He raises one hand in a blessing gesture while smiling, with a microphone on a stand beside him and a small carved white table with a brass lamp at left. Swamiji (probable) appears in the seated role of a teacher giving satsang discourse, identified by the turban, saffron-red robes, gold necklace and throne cues.2017-08-04August 03 20172017-08-03July 27 20172017-07-27 +1 copiesA photo of a seated figure on an ornate gold-covered throne on a stage, raising one hand in greeting. The figure wears an orange-red turban, orange-red robes with a gold waist sash, and a long red and white flower garland. A gold-framed backdrop of pale yellow drapery stands behind the throne, and a carved wooden lectern is at the left edge with a stage monitor speaker. In the foreground, the blurred backs of a seated audience fill the lower frame.2014-06-08
