A photograph inside a temple-like hall with brass lamp stands and red and gold drapery. In the foreground a man in an orange saffron shawl and orange cap leans forward, touching the head of a seated figure with a red-and-gold garment and a yellow-and-red flower garland, and holds a small object near the head. Behind them a seated man in red garments and a bearded older man at left are visible, with a kalasha-like altar and marigold offerings in the lower right. The scene resembles a blessing or ritual touch, with a red and yellow garland and a red floral backdrop.2015-09-17September 17 20152015-09-17 +2 copiesDecember 23 20162016-12-23A photograph of a ceremonial moment inside a stone-walled hall. A man in an orange saffron robe with long swept-back hair and a tilak-marked face places a flower garland around the neck of a person bowing low in a gold shawl and ornate gold garment. Two men in maroon and gold dhotis with ceremonial bracelets and white tilak marks stand nearby; one wears a rudraksha-style necklace. Ornate gold and jewelled decorations frame the background.
