A seated figure in a red-orange turban, saffron-red shawl, rudraksha-style beaded necklaces and gold earrings sits on a red velvet throne with a gold lion-head armrest, touching the forehead of a kneeling older man in a white shirt and white trousers. Behind them a tall silver staff stands on the red carpet beside a gold ornamental backrest. A basket of yellow fruit sits in front of the throne. Several women in white and cream salwar kameez and one in a dark shawl with beads stand in a line at the back, and a man in white stands at the right edge. A seated man in a maroon-red turban and red-brown robe with gold ornaments, gold armlets and a gold chain, smiles broadly while placing his right hand on the head of a kneeling man in a peach-pink kurta. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure wears a red turban, gold armlets and ornate gold necklace, cues associated with the page's claim. Behind them, a woman in white with an orange-red beaded garland and rudraksha-style mala watches, and other devotees in white and patterned saris stand by a white wall unit and hold papers. Gold-patterned drapery and a red-cushioned seat frame the scene.

A seated man in a rust-red dhoti and matching shawl, wearing a long garland of yellow and red flowers, gold armlets and bangles, and a leopard-print cushion behind him, extends his hands in blessing toward an elderly man in a white shirt and trousers who bows low and touches his feet. Behind them, a woman in a rust sari with a rudraksha mala stands beside a golden deity murti, and a few women and a young girl in a blue top watch from the back. Red velvet seats and a red carpet surround the scene. The seated man is a probable Swamiji candidate with long swept-back hair, a gold crown-like ornament and ceremonial gold jewellery, so the image depicts him in person.

Behind them, women in white, orange and rudraksha malas stand watching, and a silver ceremonial staff and a gold vessel are visible in the foreground. The setting is a red-draped tent with a devotional atmosphere. The seated figure's appearance does not clearly establish a specific identity, so no name is given. Nearby people wear white and orange garments.
